Please allow 1–2 business days for your Lofty welcome invitation to arrive in your email. To avoid delays, do not create an account on your own.

Lofty operates on a recurring monthly subscription of $14.99/month. Charges are applied automatically unless the subscription is canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Add-ons are not required. If you choose to use addons, it will be paid directly through Lofty.

Usage-Based Billing

Lofty is billed based on system usage.

If your account remains active and the system is accessed, charges will apply regardless of frequency or extent of use.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not exempt you from any outstanding balance accrued while the account was active.
